The public is invited to learn more about the proposed Twin Cities-Milwaukee-Chicago (TCMC) Second Train at a virtual town forum on Tuesday, March 23 from 6:30-7:30 p.m. The meeting will be held on Zoom videoconferencing, though participants can also join by phone. Please register for the event at www.greatriverrail.org. The event is co-sponsored by the Winona Area Chamber of Commerce and the Great River Rail Commission.
